a newb learning to draw o.O
here my arms SUCK! lol i cant make muscles well can anyone gimme a little tip or atleast guide me? :P ARMs AND LEGS I SUCK :P

I don't believe there is a "tip" that can make you a better artist... that takes time and practice... lots of it

Find concept art drawings of characters and what not, the different poses and angles you find simply by doing a google search give you a good sense of how to draw certain things. That's how I learned to do arms and legs. (That is assuming you don't care that every muscle and tendon is correct, for that there are several books out there, like the one above.)

practice on the guild wars compass. go to option> interface> and make the compass as big as you can> enjoy.
